3. Producers

In this lesson, we will extend some of the concepts from consumer theory to consider the perspective of producers. We see how our knowledge of demand curves can be extended to supply curves, and understand management decisions for alternative scales of production. Most importantly, we can learn how to notice the hidden costs that undermine our business activity.
